Who we are
1/24 Social Movement
1/24 Social Movement was established on 13th July of 2018. It is a Social Non-Profit Organization. This is a voluntary organization, dedicate to serve society. The idea is that at least some time we will serve the society out of 24 hours a day.
Actually, 1/24 is a symbolic sign which indicates that out of 24 hours at least some moment we should spend for the society.
Since the time of establishment, this organization has given free medical treatment to more than 350 people at the very first project.

Our Mission is to contribute to the development of the country by ensuring proper education, health of the people and by improving the environmental conditions for the people. We pledge to help the Bangladesh Government in building an educated, balanced, elegant and accomplished nation.
Our Vision
We envision each and every person to spend at least an hour or a certain amount of time in –

COVID-19 Activities
Since the breakout of the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic, ‘1/24 Social Movement’ has tried its best to actively serve the people.
They have constantly distributed masks, hand sanitizers, soaps, food items and made monetary donations as well.
Massive Tree Plantation
In the year 2019-2020, ‘1/24 Social Movement’ has organized many tree plantation programmes all around the Chittagong division.
39,200 trees and 37,000 trees have been planted respectively in the year 2019 and 2020 in different educational institutions in Chittagong, Chandpur, Noakhali and Feni.
FREE MEDICAL CAMP
‘1/24 Social Movement’ organized its first free medical camp in Halishahar in 2018. ‘1/24 Social Movement’ has provided free medical facilities and free medicines to 745 people and 50 animals in total 2 free medical camps.

POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROJECT
‘1/24 Social Movement’ is serving society to make it free from poverty. We donate sewing machines and farming cattles to poor helpless widows and physically challenged people. Besides, ‘1/24 Social Movement’ buy the poor helpless men rickshaws, vans and other capital goods. ‘1/24 Social Movement’ helps in building houses for the homeless.
Up to date, ‘1/24 Social Movement’ has donated sewing machines and rickshaws to 9 poor helpless persons and built a shelter for 2 homeless persons.
DREAM PROJECT
A fatherless girl named Tanisha once came to the ‘1/24 Social Movement’ office. Her mother works as a maid to earn their living and serve the autistic child, Tanisha’s brother. Tanisha’s tuition fees haven’t been paid for 9 months and so the school prohibited her from receiving new books. When the ‘1/24 Social Movement’ came to know about it, they paid her fees due for nine months and also advance fees of coming seven months worth BDT 5,000/-
‘1/24 Social Movement’ has helped many with similar problems as Tanisha to ensure their education is not hampered for not having money or opportunities.
