‘1/24 Social Movement’ has started their study material distribution project for the second time. The founder of ‘1/24 Social Movement’ – Mr. Mohammad Shahab Uddin, Assistant Professor, Management Department, University of Chittagong has distributed study materials among the students of ‘Ashar Aalo Bidyapith’ and ‘Hope Foundation School’ situated in Khulshi, Chittagong.
Prof. Shahab Sir said, “‘1/24 Social Movement’ will repeat the study material distribution project like last year and In Sha Allah poor but meritorious students from Halishohor and EPZ areas will receive study materials within this month. The government is giving away the board textbooks for free to reduce the illiteracy of the country. Let us join our hands to help the government to increase the literacy rate to 100%.”
The special guest, Lion Jamal Uddin, business and vice-chairman of ‘1/24 Social Movement’ said, “‘1/24 Social Movement’ is serving the society with regard to spending at least 1 hour of the 24 hours a day in the betterment of the society.” He praised the 21st February free medical campaign in Sandwip and encouraged the people to come forward to present a better world to the future generation.
Faisal Anwar, advisor, ‘1/24 Social Movement’, Mr. Rubel Das, General Secretary, ‘1/24 Social Movement’, Tashrif Hossain, Hashem Moula, Ramjan Ali, Ikra Akhter were also present in the program.
