Food Aid Supplied to Modinatul Ulum Madrasah

A prayer mahfil and Islamic discussion session were held at “Madinatul Islam Madrasa” (Prakash Bara Madrasa), located in Khulshi today (March 9, 2019) after Zohr with the intention of asking dua and seeking forgiveness for all the members and well-wishers of 1/24 Social Movement.

Honorable Muhtamim of this madrasa and an eminent religious scholar Hazratul Allam Hafez Ruhul Amin Haider was present there as the chief speaker in the discussion meeting.

The founder of ‘1/24 Social Movement’ – Mr. Mohammad Shahab Uddin, Associate Professor, Management Department, University of Chittagong was the chief guest and Monir Hossain, a senior official of APL Logistics Company and Mr. Maulana Mahmudul Haque, a teacher of this madrasa were present as special guests.

Mr. Monir Hossain, Senior Adviser of 1/24 Social Movement handed over 1 sack of rice, 60 kg of potatoes, 1 sack of pulse, and cake-biscuits to the teacher of the madrasa.

Hafez Muhammad Mujahidul Islam, a student of Madinatul Uloom Madrasa, recited from the Holy Qur’an in the beginning of the prayer mahfil and discussion session, conducted by Al-Mamun, Publicity Secretary of 1/24 Social Movement.

In the speech, Maulana Ruhul Amin said, “Madrasa education system along with other education systems has been playing an important role in the crisis of the nation.”

He sought the cooperation of all the people presents there to take forward these institutions for building good citizens.

In the speech of the chief guest, Prof. Shahab Uddin said, “A person cannot grow up to be a good citizen without religious faith. The religious educational institutions are working silently to build good citizens.”

He strongly urged the volunteers of the 1/24 Social Movement to serve the country with sincerity.
